Job Summary
We are looking for an Electronics and Robotics Intern with a strong interest in drone technology, robotics and electronic circuits. The ideal candidate will be currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Robotics, aerospace or a related field and possess hands-on experience with electronics, coding and using practical softwares. This internship provides an opportunity to work on exciting projects and gain practical experience in fast-paced startup with an innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Design and Development: Assist in the design and development of electronic systems for drone & laser power management and control.
- Prototyping and Testing: Build and test prototypes of electronic circuits and robotics systems, ensuring they meet project specifications.
- Software Integration: Develop and test software solutions for robotics and electronics systems using Python and C++. Knowledge in Solidworks & Matlab is essential.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data from tests and experiments, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of designs, tests, and project progress.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D team to support ongoing projects and contribute to new initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Robotics, aerospace or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of electronics and circuit design.
- Experience with microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi) and sensors.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++.
- Knowledge in AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, YOLO, OpenCV, and other machine learning libraries is a plus.
- Familiarity with robotics platforms and development environments
- Good knowledge in 3-D printing to create custom design parts for the prototype.
- Knowledge of software tools like ANSYS, Fusion 360, MATLAB and LABVIEW is a plus.
- Personal Attributes:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English (C1 level or higher).
- Motivated to learn new technologies and take on challenging tasks.
